1.COMMENT: As there are proposed changes to the site a Development Package meeting the requirements of the checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Site shall be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building permit. The checklist can be found at:
https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. The DP is a separate submittal from this building permit and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using the Submission Type “Site Review”. This DP shall clearly show where the new drive thru will be placed on site.
