1.COMMENT: Provide a Residential Plot Plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. This shall in include:
a. Lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 & the example shown on the residential plot requirements.
b. Zoning of adjacent parcels
c. All Utility lines
d. Property line distances

2.COMMENT: The Perimeter yard setbacks are based on a measurement from design grade to the highest point of the exterior wall UDC Article 6.4.5.B & Figure 6.4.5-A.Draw dimension and label the height of the new structure measured from design grade to top of wall.

3.COMMENT: I am unable to write DDO comments but The minimum setback to a side street property line is ten (10) feet (UDC Section 6.4.5.C.1.b). The proposed side street setback is 3’-10"”. a Design Development Option (DDO) is required.
