COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1.COMMENT: Provide a Residential Plot Plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. Provide Lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 & the example shown on the residential plot requirements, Show zoning of adjacent parcels

2.COMMENT: Provide the Gross floor area of the accessory structure. Per UDC section 6.6.3.E "The total gross floor area (gfa) of all accessory structures shall not exceed 50% of the gfa of the principal structure ."

3.COMMENT: Dimension the elevation heights measure from design grade to top of wall.

4.COMMENT: The minimum setback to a side street property line is ten (10) feet (UDC Section 6.4.5.C.1.b). The proposed side street setback is 3’-0”. A Design Development Option (DDO) is required
