Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. The occupant load calculated for the business area is incorrect. The occupant load factor for business is 150. Provide a correct occupant load in accordance with Table 1004.5. 2. Provide a narrative that describes the business practices of the tenant and the typical items in storage to ensure compliance with storage requirements of the IBC and IFC. 3. Provide raised character and braille exit signs in accordance with Section 1013.4 MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Denied 1. The plans do not reflect the plan location and single line illustration of the electrical equipment. Provide the location of the panel box and a single line diagram confirming the conductor size and overcurrent protection of the transformer or main panel providing power to and protecting this system. PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. The construction plans shall include for each floor level a riser diagram of the supply water, and gas work. The construction plans shall indicate the direction of flow, all pipe sizes, grade of horizontal piping, loading, and location of fixtures and appliances. Provide a rise diagram for each plumbing system, including gas piping if part of the project. 2. To ensure compliance of the gas line design the Gas type, Inlet pressure, Pressure Drop, and Specific Gravity, also provide a gas load summary, size of all piping (this information is lacking at the piping feeding the fixtures and the amount of BTUs coming in at meter. Please provide more details for the sizing of the gas lines. 3. The location of water heater must be provided on the floor plan. If the water heater is suspended above the floor, provide a detail for the structural support, pressure relief valve discharge, cold water and hot water piping along with the shutoff valves, expansion tank, etc. Revise plans to reflect this information.
