1.COMMENT: Clarify if the use existing rooms in the south portion of the property is to be considered a sleeping quarters. Permit T07CM02419 show the rear addition as a family room.
If this is to be a sleeping quarters it will be subject to a wet bar setup including single-bowl sink and under-the-counter fridge. No cooking facilities permitted.
