COMMENT: Zoning acknowledges that the addition is labeled "guest room" however it meets the criteria of a bedroom. It appears the proposed addition and the single-family residence have a total of seven (7) bedrooms. Per UDC 4.7.9.B.7 for every bedroom over five, one additional space is required for each bedroom and the parking must be located either in a side or rear yard. The short-term bicycle parking provided reduces the required number of parking spaces by one (1); therefore, the required number of parking spaces is four (4) spaces. Delineate the location of the fourth parking space.
