1.COMMENT: According to section 6.6.3.E of the UDC. The total gross floor area (gfa) of all accessory structures shall not exceed 50% of the gfa of the principal structure.



Ensure on the next submittal that the GFA of the addition Is at max 50% GFA of the existing house.



Gross floor area (GFA) does not include spaces used for parking like a garage.
