Revise drawings with emergency escape and rescue opening net clear dimension of window when fully open for sleeping room (bedroom). 2. 2018 IRC Section 314.2, R314.3 and R314.4. Revise electrical drawing with smoke alarms in bedroom and outside of bedroom areas and to be interconnected in such a manner that the actuation of one alarm will activate all of the alarms in the individual dwelling unit. 3. 2018 IRC Section R806. Revise drawings with roof cross ventilation openings including minimum of 1-inch space between the insulation and roof sheathing or provide unvented enclosed rafter framing with air-permeable insulation (R806.5.2 climate zone 2). 4. 2018 IRC Section R903, R904 and 905. Revise drawings with roof weather protection and roof covering. 5. 2018 IRC (Prescriptive) Table N1102.1.2 (R402.1.2). Revise rafter size for ceiling insulation of R-38 with 12 inches of space in depth required for fiberglass insulation between 2 x 12 rafters or provide unvented enclosed rafter framing with air-permeable insulation totaling R-38 (R806.5.2 climate zone 2). Revise electrical drawing with arc-fault circuit-interrupter protection for branch circuits 120-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere outlets installed in kitchens, family rooms, dining rooms, living rooms, parlors, libraries, dens, bedrooms, sunrooms, recreations rooms, closets, hallways, laundry areas and similar rooms or areas. 3. 2018 IRC Section E4002.14. Tamper resistant receptacles are required in most locations.
