A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of the checklist for Minor Development Changes to Existing Commercial/Industrial Sites found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using Submission Type “Site Review”. Either DP20-0231 will need to be revised to show the proposed canopies or DP20-0231 will need to be finaled and a new DP submitted.
