COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Residential Review Section comments were addressed.


? COMMENT: Residential has reviewed the plan and cannot approve at this time. Please address the following comments.


COMMENT: This plan set is not compliant with the Fire code. On roof #1 demonstrate compliance with 2018 International Fire Code 1204.2.1.1. If the slope of the building is greater than 2:12 then compliance must be shown on the plans. Show a 36” wide access pathway from the eave to the ridge on both sides of the building. Relocate the solar panels to provide a clear fire pathway on each roof plane per 2018 IFC 1204.2.1.1 and 1204.2.1.2.
