Your exhausting 9350 cfm and bringing in through the MAU 7324 cfm your lacking 2026 cfm’s (IMC2018,508.1) (If your bringing in the remaining cfm through the RTU’s, then in the RTU’s schedule you need to note that and that it will be interlocked to the kitchen and dishwasher hoods just like the makeup air unit is) RESPONSE: The additional makeup air required is being provided by the rooftop air conditioning units. A note to interlock the rooftop air conditioning units with the kitchen hoods exhaust fans has been added to the rooftop air conditioning unit schedule. See packaged air conditioning unit with gas heat schedule keynote 12, sheet M103. Complied
2. All equipment shall be on mechanical schedule and that includes coolers (IMC2018,106.3.1) RESPONSE: The walk-in cooler is a food service item specified and detailed in the food service plans.
