Provide exhaust air to kitchens in all apartment units sheet M401 (IMC2018,403.3). on your plans you have the exhaust fan directly above the range hood with a ceiling radiation damper, not good the exhaust inlet for the kitchen shall not be directly above the range like you got it in sheets M401 and M402. it will prematurely activate the radiation damper please correct. 5. Exception 714.4.1.2 of the IBC is a firestop system, based on ul 1479 (astmE814) with double top plates required, and this is a floor penetration not a wall penetration where a F and T rating are required which would be a 1 hour and the rating for that firestop system is only got a 3/4 hour rating which does not meet the floor rating requirement which you neither have. 1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the associated Development Package. While the building plans are consistent with the associated DP as it relates to the zoning review purview of the Building footprint, Height, square footage, site conditions etc., zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP has been approved by all review agencies.

2. Zoning acknowledges the “UNIT MIX” table added to the plan. As impact fees will be assessed on each building permit can you provide a breakdown based on each building? COMMENT: For the purpose of determining impact fees for this project provide a breakdown of each building type and the number of each type unit within that building.
