COMMENT: After comparing the aerials to the plot plan it has come to my attention that there is a possible non-permitted SFR on the parcel. After researching PRO there are records for an expired SFR T20CM01251, there are no inspections that have been completed. Please provide permit documentation or a permit will need to be reviewed and approved prior to the issuance of this permit.
