1.COMMENT: Demonstraight clear unobstructed access as shown on the subdivsion plat. The primary access to this lot must be from Bellevue.

2.COMMENT: After looking at the map Willards St was never developed. If this site is going to be accessed via the north easement it will need to be developed Per UDC section 7.8.4.C.

3. COMMENTS: Please provide the wall height as a note under zoning information. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
