There is a discrepancy between the Geotechnical Report, The Structural Calculations submitted and the parameters shown on General Structural Notes Drawing S-0.1. The Drawing calls the Site Class as D. The parameters Fa and Fv used on Lateral Analysis pages of Calculations is 1.42 and 2.4 respectively. The Geotechnical Report calls it Site Class C and these parameters as 1.2 and 1.7 on page 9 under Seismicity. Verify and make revisions as needed and resubmit. 2. The Architectural Drawing A1.3 shows Mechanical Screens around RTU’s. No Details have been drawn how they are Built and supported on top of the Roof. 3. Line of Bridging for Roof Joists are shown on the East Side of the Building. No Lines of Bridging are shown on the Western side of the building Roof. Verify and make revisions. 4. The North Arrow shown on Structural Drawings does not match with the North Arrow shown on Architectural Drawings. Verify and make revisions as needed. Submit a response letter addressing these correction items and provide bubbles on the revisions to the drawings. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1.
