1.COMMENT: As per UDC 4.9.7.B.7: “For any new single-family dwelling in the R-1 zone with five bedrooms , three parking spaces are required”

Bedroom count including the den and office (which count as a bedrooms) totals 5 bedrooms.

On the next submittal show that there is enough space in the rear or side of the property for 3 parking spaces 8.5’ W x 18’L. As long as space is shown we will accept, no changes have to be made on site.
