COMMENT: Residential has reviewed the plan and cannot approve it at this time. Please address the following comments COMMENT: After comparing the aerials to the plot plan it has come to my attention that there is a possible non-permitted detached structure on the south portion of the property roof #3. After researching PRO there were no records for the detached structure that could be verified or found. If no permits are available relocate the solar panel away from the detached structure or a permit must be obtained for the detached structure. COMMENT: Since the panels are going to be placed on two separate structures and one service shall continue to serve both structures, it is essential that all equipment and systems can be easily isolated at each building. Demonstrate how the equipment is going to be isolated by each structure.
