Previous comment #2: While it's understood that exit 3 is not a required exit and only the occupants of the storage area would use that exit; all exits provided must be code compliant. Additionally, Sheet A001 clearly indicates the travel distance for individuals off the donor floor to exit 3 and is indicated to be used by those occupants. Provide updated floor plans that do not show exiting through the intervening storage space. 2. The north wall is within 10'-15' of the property line and will require a fire resistance rating of 1 hour. Provide an exterior wall assembly that meets the fire resistance rating in accordance with Table 602. 3. The north wall is within 10'-15' of the property line. The maximum amount exterior wall openings is 45%. Provide evidence of compliance with this requirement in accordance with Table 705.8. Reviewer: It is not the conductor, it is the lug/termination rating per NEC 110.14(C) which requires you to also use the 60 degree column for temperature/conductor application. If the lugs/terminations are known to be 75 degree rated, you do not have to upsize. PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied Second Review: 1). SAME-Restroom #135 on plan page A153 toilet side wall to center measurement needs to comply with -IPC 405.3.1 7).
