A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9. 1. The application states “Refurbish and Addition”, the plans are not clear on what is being refurbished and what is the addition. Cleary show what is new and what is existing. 2. Provide street perimeter yard setbacks on the plan. 3. Based on aerial photos there are several structures located in the rear yard that are not shown on the plan. Zoning was not able to find demo permits to remove these structures. If the structures are to remain shown them on the plan and include them in the lot coverage calculation.
