Provide note in RTU schedule that the 3 RTU's that are providing make up air for the kitchen hood is to be interlocked (IMC2018,508.1) 3. Provide gas detection plan for the CO2 over 100 pounds and the sequence of operation (IMC2018,106.3.1) ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Conditionally Approved E-112: Could not locate Note 4es PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1). Each gas water heater needs its own gas shut off & its own sediment trap. Update detail #2 on P501 -IFGC 409.5, 408.4 2). Detail #11 on P501 & P601 gas schedule shows RTU has gas connections. That doesn't correlate with P-121/P502 gas plans and mechanical plan also shows RTUs as electric. Plan Pages need to correlate. -IFGC A106.3.1 3). P-502 shows natural gas meter, Plan pg M-601 states pizza oven is supplied by propane? Plan Pages need to correlate. - IFGC A106.3.1 4). Add Gas sizing table used to Gas equipment schedule notes on plan pg-601. -IFGC 402.4 5). Grease interceptors schedule on P601 shows 2 new interceptors an interior & exterior type. both locations of the units along with connections, venting, & flow controls needs to be illustrated in the plumbing plans. -IPC A106.3.1, 1003.3.5.2, 1003.9 6). This establishment has a dishwasher & more than 4 items on the grease system, the hydromechanical grease interceptors shown on P-601 not allowed per Tucson Amendment 1003.3 7). Condensate & Ice Machine shown on P-101 can't discharge to the grease system. -IPC 1003.2 8). Water Heater detail #2 shows piping the the relief valves to the mop sink, there is not a mop sink located in this area. -IPC 504.6 9). Lav Faucets need to be the automatic type, update P-601 Lav schedule. -Tucson Amendments 412.11, 419.6 10).
