Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. The Architectural Drawing A4 shows two RTU’s. One is a New Roof Top Unit at Line 4 between Lines A and B and the second is New Roof Condenser Unit at 5 between C and D. The Structural Drawing S1 show one RCU at line 5 between Line A and B. The Mechanical Drawing M1 show one RTU between A & B and 2 & 3. Verify and submit the response by addressing the inconsistency. 2. Provide Structural Calculations for the adequacy of existing roof to support both New RTU’s. 3. All Calculations shall be sealed and signed by Professional Engineer registered with State of Arizona per Section 107.1 of International Building Code 2018. Submit a response letter addressing these correction items and provide bubbles on the revisions to the drawings. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Provide the full specification manual. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved Approved/Subject to field approval ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Conditionally Approved E1 LIGHTING PLAN: Hexagon numbers have no reference note to call out as fixture type. E4.1 PANELBOARD SCHEDULES: Load calculations indicate that the client may need to upsize relocated UPS as calculations indicate that it may be overloaded. PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved First Plumbing Review: 1). Roof Level Condensate receptor on plan page P1 will need to be protected from receiving storm water. -IPC 1101.3 (Field Verify) 2).
