Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: N/A BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. The drawings provided on the third submittal are different than the approved 2nd submittal drawings. It appears that the wrong set was uploaded. I cannot approve the third submittal as they are not code compliant. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved Approved/Subject to field approval ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Denied Comcheck submitted as separate document, no issues. EL2.1 LIGHTING FLOOR PLAN: No electrical issues EL4.1 LIGHTING ENLARGED OFFICE PLAN: No electrical issues EP2.1 POWER FLOOR PLAN: Should call out transformer and service lateral locations. Ie is transformer on existing utility pole or is it a pad mount? Is existing service feed overhead or underground. Need to reroute if underground. EP2.2 POWER ROOF PLAN: No electrical issues EP4.1 ENLARGED OFFICE PLAN-POWER: No electrical issues E5.1 ELECTRICAL RISER DIAGRAM & SCHEDULE: Need to call out disconnects as Fused Disconnects. Provide size of Fuse, provide Conductor size, and call out conduit size on the Electrical Riser Diagram between disconnects and panels. Also need to show conductor feeder size through CT panel into wire trough. Should have called out CT panel size. If the CT/Service size is greater than 400 amps, the current Engineer of Record (an Architect) will need to obtain letter from local AHJ that they will accept an Architectural Stamp on this design. Local code states anything over 400 amps needs to be signed and sealed by a licensed electrical engineer. E6.1 ELECTRICAL SCHEDULES: Confirm Existing CT panel and service are large enough for the added loads. Panel schedules now show connected loads over 800 amps (Panel C-=360 plus Panel B=380 plus Panel A=150 connected load). Demand loads need to calculate less than size of CT panel.
