The panel schedule shows new sub-panel 3503-2 rated at 125 amps. The site plans and load calculations show this panel rated at 100 amps. Please clarify. 2. Previous plan review comments asked for a complete line diagram including all feeder conduit and conductor sizes and types. The 60 amp sub panels and feeders are still not shown in the line diagram. Also the #8 conductors for the sub-panels shown in the panel schedules are undersized for the 60 amp OCPD in the main panels NEC 310.15B(16), 75C column. Also see NEC 334.80 and 340.80. What type of feeders are these, conductors in conduit or a multiconductor cable? How are you installing these feeders? 3. The response letter submitted this submittal states, the reason for the increase in the service ampacity is to accommodate for the potential to add Air Conditioning and Electric Water Heaters in the future. However, the New Main Panels also show OCPD’s for an Electric Range and Washer. Is this also for future installation or this work proposed for this project? If this is to be performed at this time, please include it in the scope of work along with the necessary plan revisions.
