Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with DP21-0301 and although the plans appear to match Zoning cannot approve the building plan until the DP is approved. 2. Zoning acknowledges the approved DDO, T22SA00271. Provide a general note on the plan stating the DDO Case number, date of approval, what was modified and any conditions of approval, on the plan. The 9’-0” setback to the west property line shown on the DP does not meet the 10’-0” required perimeter yard setback, see UDC TABLE 6.3-2.A: DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS FOR THE R-1, R-2, R-3, MH-1, & MH-2 ZONES.
