The exterior wall type A is required to have a fire resistance rating of 1 hour in accordance with Table 602. 7. Windows 23 and 14 are required to emergency escape egress windows in compliance with Section 1030. 8. Provide occupant loads. 9. Provide a thorough egress plan. 10. The shared partition walls of the units are to be compliant with Section 420 of the IBC. 11. Additional comments may apply once comment #1 is addressed. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Clothes dryer exhausts exhausting more than 200 cfm is required to have makeup air. Provide clarification in accordance with Section 504.6. 2. Please provide a COMcheck that indicates compliance for new mechanical system and scan that data onto one of the mechanical sheets. This provides evidence the mechanical system is in compliance.
