COMMENT: Residential has reviewed the plan and cannot approve it at this time. Please address the following comments After looking at the google street view, it appears that the roof is sloped. Please reference the link below. COMMENT: This plan set is not compliant with the Fire code. Demonstrate compliance with 2018 International Fire Code 1204.2.1.1. If the slope of the building is greater than 2:12 then compliance must be shown on the plans. Show a 36” wide access pathway from the eave to the ridge on both sides of the building.
