A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9. 1. This comment was not addressed. The height of the ramada was not provided. Provide a height dimension from design grade to the top of beam supporting the rafters. If the height is 9’-0” or less the required perimeter yard setback from the attached ramada to the south property line is 6’-0”, proposed setback is to the 3’-0”. If the height is 9’-0” or less submit your DDO application based on the above comment. If it greater provide the height on the plan and resubmit for additional comments.
