COMMENT: Residential has reviewed the plan and cannot approve at this time. Please address the following comments COMMENT: The gas pipe from the meter to the first Tee is undersized, based on a developed length of 45 ft the 1" will provide 284,000 BTU. From the meter to the first Tee is providing from both the Pool heater and the the BBQ Grill which combine give a total demand of 350 BTU.
