COMMENT: Residential has reviewed the plan and cannot approve it at this time. Please address the following comments COMMENT: After comparing the aerials to the plot plan it has come to my attention that there is a possible non-permitted porch addition on the South portion of the house the four panels located on roof #02. After researching PRO there were no records for the porch addition that could be verified or found. If no permits are available relocate the solar panel away from the porch structure or a permit must be obtained for the porch addition.
