COMMENT: Residential has reviewed the plan and cannot approve it at this time. Please address the following comments COMMENT: This plan set is not compliant with the Fire code. Demonstrate compliance with 2018 International Fire Code 1204.2.1.1. If the slope of the building is greater than 2:12 then compliance must be shown on the plans. Show a 36” wide access pathway from the eave to the ridge on both sides of the building. Relocate the solar panels to provide a clear fire pathway on each roof plane per 2018 IFC 1204.2.1.1 and 1204.2.1.2.
