4. Provide an accurate electrical Meter Riser Diagram or Line Diagram for the service. If the electrical service is being upgraded or increased, provide a grounding detail and indicate all feeder conduit, conductor sizes and types. What is the 'Main Panel' ?

5. Provide for Tamper Resistant receptacle where applicable per NEC art 406.12.

6. Provide a complete electrical symbol legend.
