COMMENT: Residential has reviewed the plan and cannot approve at this time. Please address the following comments COMMENT: Please provide the slope of the roof. . Demonstrate compliance with 2018 International Fire Code 1204.2.1.1. If the slope of the building is greater than 2:12 then compliance must be shown on the plans. Show a 36” wide access pathway from the eave to the ridge on both sides of the building.
