Sheet 1 of 3 No comments, Sheet 2 of 3 1. In the 4th note box in the upper right of the plan sheet, a Fire Department Incident Report is referred to as being attached to the application but is not attached; paste the report into a revised plan sheet & note that review of the report may result in added/revised comments. 2. Add note that expressly states that upright I-beams not to be replaced under this plan. 3. In the 1st paragraph of Scope of Work, revise so as to clarify that the wood section panels were destroyed or removed prior to submittal of this application 4. In mirrored 7th & 8th paragraphs of Scope of Work, there appear to be a number of misplaced/missing/extra parentheses and numbers; please revise so that the descriptions in these paragraphs are easier to understand. 5. In South Sign Face Elevation and Edge of Face to Center of Beam, six, I-beam uprights per face are depicted, where the existing number is only four per face; revise so as to reflect the correct number. 6. Revise “Partial Site Plan: to “Partial Vicinity Map”. 7. Provide plan view that illustrates the respective locations and points of attachment of the safety cables to be replaced 8. Provide detail of the safety cable/crosby clamp/thimble assembly and its attachment to the catwalks, with dimensions depicting the location of the eye hooks in relation to the catwalk ends/corners and clarifying whether the eyehooks are to be replaced or are to remain.
