Sheet 1 of 4 No comments. Sheet 2 of 4 1. In the 1st & 6th paragraphs of Scope of Work (East Face Repair), revise plywood thickness from 15/32” to 3/8”, consistent with that shown as existing on T10EL00834 and the original submittal for T19BU00365, and which is typical for 10x40 wood billboards. 2. In 2nd paragraph of Scope of Work (East Face Repair), revise “remove” to “detach”. Sheet 3 of 4 1. In Detail B, resolve conflict between the dimensions shown for the lower spacers (4”x6”x2 ½”) vs those shown in the 5th & 7th paragraphs of Scope of Work (West Face Repair) (3”x6”x 2 ¼”); it would appear that 4”x6”x2 ¼” would be the correct dimensions for all based on past submittals. 2. In Detail C, correct “West Face” to “East Face”. 3. In Detail D, correct “West Face” to “East Face”. 4. In Side View (East Face), revise lower “See Detail D” to “See Apron Detail”, as this detail reflects the bottom of plywood sheet configuration where Detail D does not. Sheet 4 of 4 1. In Light Arm Mounting Detail, add “East Face” to clarify which billboard face is being depicted. 2. In ballast specifications in lower right of plan sheet, add title indicating which face & revise ballast from RC-2S200-FO –(for a very high output lamp) to RS-2S110-FO or equivalent (for a high output lamp), as per approved plans for T10EL00834; if very high output ballasts and lamps are installed contrary to T10EL00834 approved plans, add note indicating that ballasts and lamps are to be replaced by those that comply with the approved plans. |
