COMMENT: Resubmit revised drawings and a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. The Description of Work states “Install 300' LFT of Retaining / "Site" Wall on the West-side of the property.” The approved DP21-0113 does not show any retaining walls along the west side of the property addressed as 2701 E Wieding Rd. The only retaining wall on this site is along the east property line. If the proposal is for a wall along the west property line a revised DP will be required. If the proposal is for the wall along the east property line, as shown on the approved DP, provide a revised application and a copy of the approved DP21-0113 sheet 4 with the wall highlighted.
