COMMENT: Resubmit revised drawings and a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

The Description of Work states “Install 300' LFT of Retaining / "Site" Wall on the West-side of the property.” The approved DP21-0113 does not show any retaining walls along any side of the property addressed as 2681 E Wieding Rd. A revised DP will be required showing the location of the proposed retaining wall.
