This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.1). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 10. 1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. 2. Per UDC Article 6.6.2.I The maximum height of a wall or fence within a perimeter yard shall be six feet, as measured from design grade. However, the wall or fence may be higher than six feet, but no higher than ten feet, if: Part of, or located on top of, a retaining wall no higher than ten feet measured from design grade and no higher than six feet measured from the top of the retaining portion of the wall.
