Sheet 1 of 2 1. In Billboard Note #3, add APN for the property to the west of the subject property to reflect the overhang shown in the revised site plan. 2. The revised site plan was not responsive to Comment #3 on the original submittal in regard to the dimension for the west property line, as the dimension shown (122’) was not revised and is not accurate by a margin of more than six feet; provide an accurate dimension for, called out to at least one decimal place, the west property line (if other resources are not available, this dimension may be calculated by proportioning between the 128.24’ dimension for the property line 18’ further to the west of the subject property’s west property line and the 126.31’ dimension for the property line 64’ further to the east of the subject property’s east property line, as illustrated on the Pima County Assessor map for the subject property). 3. The revised dimension between the billboard footprint and the north property line is inaccurate by a scale of more than 35 feet; provide a correct dimension, called out to at least one decimal place, so that the sum of the three dimensions from the south to the north property lines equal the revised dimension for the west property line per Comment #2 above. 4. The revised dimension for the east property line uses that for a property line 64 feet further east; provide accurate dimension called out to at least one decimal place (if resources are not otherwise available, proportioning per Comment #2 will be accepted). Sheet 2 of 2 No comments. Engineer’s Response Letter 1. If revisions to site plan (Sheet 1 of 2) are not being performed by the engineer for the structural plans (Sheet 2 of 2), provide response letter for the site plan revisions separately from the author of such revisions. |
