2. In aerial photograph underlay site plan, correct the setback of the billboard footprint to the west property line.

3. In aerial photograph underlay site plan, the dimensions shown for the east and west property lines for the subject property do not correspond to those shown on the assessor’s map; please revise or otherwise explain where the dimension shown were derived from.

1. In 2nd paragraph of Scope of Work, Poster Panel Side View, and Face Panel Attachment, resolve conflicts as to the number of existing panel clips on each face.

2, In Poster Panel Top View, revise designation for the face panel to “to be removed and reinstalled” (rather than “to remain”).

3. In East Sign Face Elevation, revise designation for the face panel to “to be removed and reinstalled” (rather than “to remain”}

4. Provide standard detail for the panel clips to be removed.
