| 04/22/2021 | HTHRALL1 | POLICE | REVIEW | Completed | From a crime prevention and design perspective, an at least 6’ tall “non-climb” fence would be the preferred solution. Given the cost restrictions I’m sure you are trying to deal with, a 6’ chain link fence with prohibitive vegetation (cactus or similar) along the fence line would provide an adequate barrier prevent abnormal use in the area. If you have any other questions you think I can help with please don’t hesitate to contact me. Best regards, Sergeant Allen Smith #35493, CPD |
| 04/22/2021 | HTHRALL1 | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Approved | The Engineering section of PDSD has no objection to these DDO requests. These sites have no special drainage or floodplain issues. As part of our regular review, we have required the projects to provide the maximum practical water harvesting. The modification to the landscape screening will not adversely impact our requirements. - Loren Makus |
