The TEP meter pedestal is not in an alley. However, just across the street is what appears to be a Utility Easement because of the transformers. If TEP will allow a meter pedestal at the location of the transformers, that may solve the problem 2. The UGE route is behind the curb. The department prefers the UGE route to be in the street. |
