The letter should also request a change to the PDP for any new buildings/classrooms are proposed, as well as for any other conditions that might need to be reviesd as part of the new PDP. The first step in the process would be to submit a presubmittal meeting form, with a Preliminary Development Plan to the specifications of the City of Tucson Administrative Manual 2-03.4.2.A and .B. No presubmittal fee is currently required to scedule to presubmittal meeting.
