Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06. 2. The project does not appear to be more than a 25% expansion. 3. The property is in a Neighborhood Preservation Zone (NPZ). NPZ application and compliance are mandatory. 4. Parking is calculated at 1 space per 10 students plus 1 space per 300 square feet of floor area in office use. 5. Setbacks in the NR-1 zone are 10' or 3/4 the height of the structure. Street setbacks are measured at 20' or 1.5 the height of the structure as measured from the street property line, whichever is greater up to a maximum of 90 feet. 6.
