All parking must be on site. On site maneuverability will need to be detailed and shown on plans. Pedestrian access will need to be detailed on plans and designed in accordance to Section 7 of the Technical Standards Manual. Required ADA parking will need to be provided in an accessible spot with wheelchair access available to the accessible structure. 3.COMMENT: Side and rear setbacks will be dependent on the height of each structure. Setback requirements for a non-residential use to a residential zone in an R-2 are 10’ or ¾ *Height (whichever is greater).
