Tucson Water's New Area Development Unit offers the following comments for your convenience. 2. As shown, Lots 1 & 2 do not have legal access to a water main that may tapped to serve these lots, and that is unacceptable. While these two lots do front a 42" concrete cylinder water transmission main located on the north side of Valencia Road, this transmission main may not be tapped to serve these lots. 3. Two acceptable options for providing Lots 1 & 2 with legal access to domestic and fire protection water are: a. Dedicating a new public water easement with a minimum width of at least 15' on the north side of Lot 3, adjacent to APN 13824101N and Lots 1 & 2, or b. Reconfiguring Lots 1 & 2 as flag lots with a minimum of 15' of frontage on either Midvale Park Road or Commerce Court. 4. There are other acceptable options, but they require obtaining off-site public water easements. 5. The above comments are based on the limited preliminary information provided by the applicant and should not be construed as a complete review of the proposal.
