Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06 - Development Package. 2. Per rezoning C9-12-14, rezoning condition 21 “There shall be no more than 2 vehicle-parking spaces for the proposed use.” Zoning will not support the proposal unless the applicant pursues changing the rezoning conditions, for more info on amending the rezoning conditions reach out to John Beall at john.beall@tucsonaz.gov or at 791-5550. 3. If rezoning conditions are changed, the process to change the conditions must be completed prior to the issuance of a development package. Additionally, the development package will be required to be issued prior to the building permit’s issuance, however, reviews may be conducted concurrently. 4. A 24’ PAAL is required for 90-degree parking. 5. 90-degree parking is required to be 8.51’ in width and 18’ long. 6. 1 van accessible ADA space will be required. 7. Provide an expansion calculation. If the site is proposing an expansion of 25% or more the site will need to be brought up to code. 8.
