Pedestrian access through the site is required specifically showing access from the parking to the entrance of the structure. 4. COMMENT: Parking calculations for Commercial storage is 1 per 5,000sq.ft. GFA which calculated to 2.5. Additional parking spaces may be required. 5. Setbacks along Oracle are 21ft or the height of the structure measured from the back of future curb. Setbacks along Flores are 21ft or the height measured from outside edge of nearest travel lane. Preparation of the landscape plan shall adhere to UDC 7.6.4. and Administrative Manual 2-10. A 10' street landscape border is required along all streets. A 5' wall and a 10' landscape border is required adjacent to the multi-family on the north side of the property. 7.7. Native Plant Preservation An approved Native Plant Preservation Plan Sections 7.7.4 is required or a request for an exception from the Native Plant Preservation requirements in accordance with Sections 7.7.3.D.3 & .4 of the Unified Development Code (UDC) and Admin.
