Native Plant Preservation An approved Native Plant Preservation Plan Sections 7.7.4 required or a request for an exception from the Native Plant Preservation requirements in accordance with Sections 7.7.3.D.3 & .4 of the Unified Development Code (UDC) and Admin. Manual Section 2-11.0.0 is required prior to Grading Plan approval. There are only a few trees on this site and plans may not be required, coordinate with the Landscape Section prior to Development Package submittal.
