4. Demonstrate the 150' neighborhood transition zone required along 36th per PAD-15, page 57.
5. For medium density detached residential demonstrate the lot sizes are at least 1,500 square feet and at least 30' wide per PAD-15, Section C.2.3, Table F (page 63).
