Landscape requirements can be discussed further with Anne Warner at Anne.Warner@tucsonaz.gov. 11. Additional comments: Building heights for parcels 505A (40ft), 504A & 503A (56ft). The MGD zoning option is not available to a property that would result in the following: (i) the demolition of a contributing property; (ii) a modification including alteration, addition, and partial demolition of a contributing property that in the evaluation of the City of Tucson Historic Preservation Officer (HPO) does not meet the Secretary of Interior's Standards for Treatment of Historic Buildings and would cause a building or structure to be de-listed from the National Register of Historic Places. Appeals of the HPO's decision can be made to the State Historic Preservation Officer. A CDRC presubmittal meeting is recommended to formally review the relocation efforts of the contributing structures. 12. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
